Crochet hook size 4.0 mm (F)

Make one large circle, 19 inches in diameter. Make two small circles. Join. Work border and add long fringe to finish.

Ed. note: Fringe pieces are 22 inches long. Be sure to reserve enough yarn for the fringe.
