Note: pattern uses Japanese children’s sizes, which are based on the child’s height in centimeters. The sizes are roughly as follows:

• small (90cm height): bust 70cm / approx. US 2T, UK 24
• medium (110cm height): bust 76cm / approx. US 5-6, UK 6-7
• large (120cm height): bust 80cm / approx. US 7-8, UK 8-9

• large (120cm height): 440g Puku Puku
