A simple, chunky beanie. Modern in design but reminiscent of the 1920’s cloche style hat, it is knitted sideways using a simple short rows technique in Adagio Mills 12ply.

The pattern has two variations/sizes intended to be a women’s and men’s versions but both styles could be worn by anyone. There is an optional cable, shown worn on the side.

Materials
• 100g Adagio Mills 12ply yarn (pictured in Sonata),
• 6mm straight or circular needles,
• Wool needle,

Gauge
15sts and 20 rows to 10cm on 6mm needles in stockinette stitch
