#178 Rose Cabled Circular Scarf
Simple, but with a few quirks. That’s how I like my days to flow and how I like to describe this sophisticated cabled circular scarf.
It’s knit in the round with a cable design that features unique cable twists that show the purl side of the fabric. The cables are otherwise just simple braids and are staggered within a wide rib design. It is these little quirks that make this pattern interesting and different!
A great pattern with enough going on to hold your interest and result in a simply elegant accessory. Easy to wear and easy to give as a gift knit.
Knit it in a grey, blue, green, or brown for a handsome men’s scarf.
Gauge:
24 sts= 4 ½“ 11.5 cm in Cable patt
24 rows = 4” 10 cm in Cable patt, blocked.
Errata corrected 11/18/13: Top of page 4, Rnds 26-28: should say K3, p3 twice, k6, p6; rep from around. The chart is correct as is.
