Notes:

1. A 3-st collar line is worked along the left and right front neck edges to facilitate a collar support that is worked later into this line of sts as described.
2. The increasing and decreasing that takes place in each cable segment is always worked along with the first cable crossing (for the inc) and along with the last cable cross (for the dec).
3. A 2-st rev St st selvage is worked on all seam edges.
