This is an easy to knit fair-isle pattern for hat and scarf. There is a chart for the colour-work.
No more than 4 sts of any color at a time, so you can use two handed fair-isle technique, worked in the round.

The hat requires: 2 skeins of main colour and 1 skein of contrast colour.

The scarf requires 4 skeins of main colour and 1 skein of contrast colour.

Choose different colour combinations to make it more masculine.
Choose a black background and gold contrast to get animal print look.
Why not any two colours you like!
