This pattern is worked from the top down. Worked flat first for the cuff (to accommodate for the color knitting), then the work is reversed, joined, and worked in the round for the remainder of the stocking. Additional embellishments are embroidered after the fact and an i-cord loop is added for which to hang the stocking.
