Nicole Feller-Johnson took an haute couture approach when constructing her avante-garde cocktail dress. She held two strands of Zealana’s “Kauri Fingering Weight” for the main body and trim and one for the lace insets and bustle, which are knit separately and joined as the dress is worked. The doubled shoulder straps can be worn as shown to create a scoop back and décolleté neckline or off the shoulder to create a high back and portrait neckline.
