This pattern is designed for the discontinued Dale Sisik yarn. Other DK weight yarns may be substituted. The wine-colored illustration sample was knitted in Lavold Silky Tweed.

The pattern contains 3 options: a woman’s short and long style with lace and feather and fan detailing and a man’s version that substitutes cabling and ribbing for the lace.

Sizing ranges from 33.5 inches (85cm) to 45.25 inches (115cm) for the woman’s version.

Both the long and short woman’s versions are knit in one piece with an applied border at the armhole and front/neck edges. The picot border is crocheted using either a US D or European 3.0mm hook.

Four buttons for the short version and five for the longer one are required.
