yardage is for cardigan and cap.
If you want to make the sleeveless romper you’ll need double the yardage.
1320m for 0-6mth and 1770m for 9/12mths

may need cable needle (only 3 stitch cables), 5-7 buttons with shanks for cardigan
clear sequins & beads for bottom of cardigan and cap trim (optional)
6 buttons for romper.

finished measurements:
cardigan:
chest - 20 1/8”, 22 7/8”, 24 3/4”

romper:
chest - 18 1/8”, 20 1/2”, 22 7/8”
leg length - 5 7/8”, 6 3/4”, 7 1/2”

Make sure when you are reading the chart that the RS rows are read from right to left, otherwise, you’ll find you do the cables backwards!
