Pattern for jacket: stocking stitch for back and sleeves,
front acc to nd-diagram
Skirt: acc to nd-diagram

Test square:
stocking stitch: 100 sts = 13 ins, 100 rows = 7 1/2 ins
Pattern: 100 sts = 16 1/2 ins, 100 rows = 6 1/2 ins

The skirt is done in one part.
