This headband is a great beginner project, or a quick knit for a knitter with any kind of experience. It is knit flat in garter stitch (every row is knit - no purling). We used an Aran Weight yarn held double, but you could use a bulky yarn held single too.
The pattern includes pictures that describe the cable twist in the centre of the headband, and there is also a picture tutorial for seaming up the pattern once you’re finished.
