This tube cowl was designed on a dreary winter day in Michigan to practice Continental Knitting, and once I started I could not stop! Miles of stockinette stitch in the round was the perfect project for late winter when I wanted the comfort of knitting, but didn’t want to count rows, count pattern repeats, or otherwise tax my frostbitten brain.
While the knitting is easy easy easy, the pattern includes instructions on spit splicing, kitchener stitching a tube in the round.
Stonehedge Fiber Mill is a local, Michigan company. Crazy was originally known as “millends”, as the production of this yarn kept wool from going to waste. Each marled skein is unique! I hope you seek out Crazy to try - you will love it!
To pick the order of your colors, wind each skein into a center pull ball - this will display all the colors. Then you can pick your color sequences by comparing the beginning and ends of each ball.
