Susan Bates No. 5 and No. 9 knitting needles. Susan Bates No. 0 steel crochet hook. 1.5 yards of grosgrain ribbon. Back neck zipper. 1 yard of 1” elastic.

Gauge: 6 sts--1”; 9 rows--1” on No. 5 needles. 4 sts--1”; 13 rows--2” on No. 9 needles with double strand of yarn.
