Traditional triangle-shawl shaping is worked on either side of the central lace pattern of Daehlin’s dramatic poncho, which is etched with spectacular swirled lace. The fold-over collar is picked up from the provisional cast-on and knit in a faggoting stitch that’s echoed along the lower edge.
