This cardi gets its texture from an all over “fleck stitch”, which is just a textured mix of knit & purl stitches..

Body & sleeves are worked in pieces & seamed, with a 3-needle BO joining the sleeves. The front band is worked after seaming and embroidery techniques for the front & shoulder bands include cross stitch, straight stitch, lazy daisy & French knots.
