This is a jacket in military style. Fitted to the waist with set-in sleeves. The jacket is closed at the front with hooks and has a cover over the closure which is closed with decorative felted buttons. It can be worn with or without this closure / flap. The texture is a simple seed stitch pattern. The tweedy Heron yarn gives it a nice color touch, the light coral is a great contrast to the severe military style.
