I am knitting and crochetdesigner, author, and owner of Englegarn.

I work on constantly developing and testing new techniques, putting them together in new ways - but still I am true to my starting point, to create knitwear in a modern Scandinavian style.

I am passionate about the modern Scandinavian style combined with intriguing details e.g. from Japanese patterns.

I design with focus on new knitting techniques like the contiguous method. I am quite a perfectionist and therefore it is important to me that all the details are well worked out and beautiful.

I founded the webshop Englegarn.dk in 2009, and today it has grown to also have my own luxuryyarn brand. I publish books, hold workshops and courses on most subjects in knit, hand-dyeing and crochet.
