I learned to knit from my great-aunt Martha where I usually spent my summer vacation. First I learned the French technique of knitting before an annoying school-teacher claimed that I had to learn “continental” style.
I mostly knit own designs but often I’m not engaged to write the pattern down. And if so it is mainly noticed on the backside of old bills which I throw away after finishing the project.
