I learned to knit as a child and grew up knitting mainly sweaters and cardigans. I used to buy knitting magazines for ideas, and then adjust the models to what I wanted to knit. Life happened, and for a long time I almost didn’t knit.
The first time I actually followed a knitting pattern was a few years ago, when I started knitting again and discovered Ravelry. However, there was always a little voice inside my head saying ‘what if (…)?’.
At one point I had to listen to that voice, and created my first pattern, a hat. And then another one.
A friend asked me to knit her a cowl, so I designed cowls. And sweaters (not released… yet!).
Another friend challenged me to design a shawl. And so I did, and I had lots of fun doing it.
Now, I plan on keep designing, as long as the fun goes on!
