I’m a card-carrying scientist who has been knitting since 2002. It’s all my friend’s fault when she took me fabric shopping and she bought some yarn!

I love all kinds of knitting (garments, accessories, socks) and I love the challenge of designing.

I really like using colourwork to paint a picture with my knitting, whether it’s stranded colourwork or intarsia, but I like lace and texture just as much.
