I want to knit clothes that elicit the response ‘I will absolutely wear it’. When my kids see the colours, feel the yarn and start to see the garment take shape, I want them to be as excited as I am!

The first few designs from this book were inspired by Lauren Child’s wonderful illustrated characters, Charlie and Lola, and the name ‘I Will Absolutely Wear It’ is a nod to her wonderful imagination.
