For the striped patterns you will need to readjust your stripes if you;re adjusting the sizes, but otherwise, the patterns should be easy to follow for different sizes.

Warning: Some of these patterns are crocheted in an open stitch, which means babies can get their fingers and toes caught up in them. Therefore, never leave your baby unattended with an open-stitch blanket.
