Richly detailed and in a range of sizes for most anyone, these socks are sure to please. The center motif features a Zig-Zag pattern with columns of braids on either side, a Fleegle Heel, and a choice of rounded or pointed toes.

This pattern is available in 64, 72, and 80 stitch foot, corresponding to my size units XSmall, Small and Medium. An 88 Stitch/Large will be coming soon.

For all foot sizes, legs have directions for up to 4 increase/decrease sets so you can be assured of the perfect foot/leg fit combination.

Oh, did I mention these are toe up OR top down? Yeppers, you can work in your favorite direction and still have the ease of all the math and fuss done for you.

Please note that my testers have mentioned that the foot may run a bit looser than the legs. That is due to the Stockinette Stitch sole and may or may not affect your fit. Recommendations to adjust the fit are as follows:

use a needle 1 size smaller after completing the heels on top down or before working the heels on toe up

for top down, work off a few extra sole stitches after the heel turn

for toe up, work with a few less stitches on the sole, increasing to the required number before you begin the gusset increases

This pattern will pull in due to the nature of the braid, the twisted stitches, and how the zig zag is worked. Please select your size accordingly.
