Here is a Swedish Valentine!
I created these especially for my father’s 90th birthday in February.
Ted Erikson still swims almost every day,
and he is the strongest person I know.
His father was born in Boden, Sweden so…
S V R (yes, we are) Scandinavian.
When I was a kid, every December,
the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry
displayed Christmas Trees of the World.
My favorite was the Swedish Tree.
It was always filled with cloth or paper woven-hearts.
You can use this little basket as an ornament on your Christmas Tree, too.

These little crocheted Swedish Heart Baskets are quick and easy to make.
They can be used for Christmas or Valentine’s day.
I am making a lot of Hearts and putting Hershey’s Kisses inside as treats for the Birthday Party.
