This is a truly versatile garment where one size fits all.The finished measurement is 62in and because of the drape it looks great from the petit to the well rounded. It is a good introduction to fair- isle knitting, as only part of the garment requires colour changes. The jumper is knitted flat and seamed after completion. It can be worn on its’ own or with a t shirt , blouse or jumper underneath it.
The fair isle can be knitted either by using the chart or by reading the written instructions.
If you would like a longer version simply add extra length before the armhole shaping.
For the short version 4 balls are needed of the main colour and 1 of each of the 3 contrasting colours.
