Choice of size
The model has a tight fit. In order to choose the right size, measure the width and length of your hand. Pick the size closest to your measurements. If you are in between two sizes, I recommend going up a size.
If your hand is 9 cm wide and 18 cm high, you should choose a size XS with a circumference of 18 cm and a length of 18 cm without the ribbing.

About the model
The mittens are worked i two-coloured double knit stitch and double knit ribbing in the round.
After the ribbing, increases are made and now the diagram is worked while at the same time working increases for the thumb. The stitches of the thumb are placed on a holder and the mitten and thumb are now worked separately and finished with decreases on the top.
Because of the double knit stitch technique, the mittens can be turned inside out and worn both ways. The mittens are thick and warm, and the fit is tight, but the double knit stitch is very stretchy.

Om valg af størrelse
Modellen er tænkt som siddende tæt til hånden. Mål håndens bredde og længde, og find den størrelse, der ligger tættest på dine mål. Hvis du ligger mellem to størrelser, vil jeg anbefale at gå en størrelse op.
Hvis din hånd måler 9 cm i bredden og 18 cm i højden, skal du vælge en størrelse XS med en omkreds på 18 cm og en længde eks rib på 18 cm.

Om modellen
Vanterne er strikket i tofarvet dobbeltstrik, hvilket giver et tykt og tæt udtryk. Der strikkes først i tofarvet dobbeltstrikket rib, for at vanten sidder godt om håndleddet. Herefter øges maskeantallet, og der fortsættes i tofarvet glatstrikket dobbeltstrik. Der laves udtagninger til tommelfinger i siden af undersiden. Tommelfingermaskerne sættes på hold, og strikkes færdige til sidst. Vanten strikkes lige op til ønsket længde og afsluttes med indtagninger i toppen. Vanten vil pga. dobbeltstrikteknikken kunne bruges fra begge sider.
