Victorian Hooded Coat
This hooded coat is reminiscent of an era when girls carried muffs to keep their hands warm. From a swing shaped lower body formed with pleats to a face framing lushly edged hood, this will be a cozy coat. My original design was finished with a collar and beret, so I have included options for those.
