The Vertigo: Special Edition Cowl & Scarf is part of my Movie Night Knits Collection.

These are patterns that are designed to be easily memorized and perfect for movie/tv knitting or knitting and chatting with friends at knit night.

The collection includes instructions for a variety of yarn weights, so you can use whatever yarn weight you have handy. This version of the Vertigo cowl features a reverse stockinette border and diagonal lace eyelets that swirl around the body of the cowl that are created by yarn overs and k2togs on a background of stockinette. The scarf version features a garter stitch border on the sides and ends with the lace eyelets striping diagonally across the body of the scarf.
