Veertje is a very light weight shawl but still warm and stylish. The shape is long and not too wide, a slightly crescent shape with cute tassels at the end
We used the special for Veertje handdyed kits from Wol met Verve.
The lovely subtle tones blend into one another like a watercolour painting.
You need 2 different kinds of threads, one Merino and one Kidmohair blend.
Merino to keep the shape and the Kidmohair to make it light and airy. By playing with the threads in different ways and in four subtle colours there will be a nice effect of tones and textures.
Of course you can use yarn that has the same properties.

Veertje is een lichte maar toch warme sjaal die ook heel stijlvol staat. Een lange niet te brede sjaal in een licht gebogen lijn met speelse kwastjes aan het eind.
Exclusief door de speciaal voor Veertje handgeverfde wol van Wol met Verve die als kits te bestellen zijn. De prachtige tinten vloeien als een aquarel in elkaar over.
Voor de sjaal zijn 2 soorten garen gebruikt. Merino om de vorm te ondersteunen en Kidmohair blend voor het luchtige effect. De 2 soorten worden op verschillende manieren gecombineerd waardoor een leuk effect van tinten en structuren ontstaat.
Natuurlijk kunt u elk garen gebruiken welke dezelfde eigenschappen heeft.
