Vanilla Socks

To me, I like to have something on the go when I’m out and about. The problems are that when you’re out you can’t have something taking up a ton of space. Also, can’t be a pattern I’m constantly looking at. Sometimes, you need to pick something up at the last minute so that you can rush out in the emergency - yes that can be the hospital where you are having to deal with someone’s broken bone! The easiest thing I’ve always found is a vanilla sock.
This vanilla sock has toe up and cuff down instructions as I change how I’m feeling regularly. You choose the one that you want to do though. It has a short row heel so that you don’t have to pick up stitches. I find that this heel means I have the lowest amount of concentration needed. This pattern, I’ve used for years and wanted to share it with all of you.
