Turning Leaves
As the leaves begin to fall and the wind blows cool, this autumn-inspired cowl will help keep in the warmth. This two-colour pattern is engaging to knit for both those new to colourwork and the more experienced knitter.
PATTERN NOTES
This cowl is knit in the round on a circular needle.
The Colourwork Pattern is both written (see Stitches Used) and charted (below) for your preference.

YARN
2 skeins SweetGeorgia Yarns Superwash Worsted, 1 each in Lichen (MC) and Arbutus (CC) (200 yd / 182 m per 4 oz / 115 g skein; 100% Superwash Merino).
NEEDLES & NOTIONS
Size 8 US / 5.0 mm circular needle, 24” / 60 cm long
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Stitch marker, yarn needle
GAUGE
22 sts and 23 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in Colorwork pattern, after blocking.
