This shawl is a product of four things: a wrap I saw on a lady I passed in the street a few years ago, my discovery of the wonders of one-color brioche, some gorgeous Polwarth yarn dyed by my friend Erika, and the first trigonometry I’ve done since high school. While none of those things sound like they should go together—and some of them sound relatively complicated—together, they make this striking, easy-to-knit shawl that you’ll have a blast knitting and even more fun wearing.
