These toe up socks have a pretty cable pattern that slowly grows over the instep and after the heel it is also worked at the back of the sock.
Size
S-L (60-70 sts) to fit foot circumference 8-9’’ / 20-23 cm
Yarn
Skein Queen Crush (75 % merino, 25 % nylon, 425 m/100 g), or other fingering weight yarn.
1 skein.
The required yardage depends on the size chosen and the length of the foot.
Needles
US 1 (2.25 mm) circular needles (or dpns). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the right gauge.
Gauge
16 sts x 22 rows = 2x2’’/5x5 cm in stockinette stitch (after blocking).
Other
Cable needle and a tapestry needle.
