This tee is knit from the top down - first the front and back sections are knitted flat and then they are joined to be knitted in the round.

It’s sized from S to 5X, with a little positive ease and a gentle a-line shape. See schematic for finished measurements. It’s shown here in size S on Tanya who is a UK size 8.
