Sway is a lace sock with a pattern that suits variegated and self-striping yarn very well. It is named for the swaying columns running down the sock.

The sock is knit from the top down. The lace pattern is presented both in charts and written form. The lace pattern runs over the same number of rounds for all the sizes, thus it is only the width of the lace pattern that changes from size to size.
