The Suri Shirt is an oversized, boat neck, drop shoulder style short sleeve shirt. A timeless classic design that every wardrobe needs. It is constructed from the top down and it is worked flat and in the round in stockinette stitch. Suri shirt features slits on each side of the waist and classic 2 x 2 rib around all edges. Two length options are included in the pattern, standard and slightly cropped. Choose your size based on how much ease you prefer. Read the pattern all the way through before you begin.

26 stitches by 34 rows = 4” x 4” (10 x 10 cm) using size US 2.5 / 3.00 mm needles in stockinette stitch, after washing and blocking.
24 - 26 stitches for 2x2 ribbing using US 1.5 / 2.50 mm after washing and blocking.
Note: be sure to note your gauge swatch before and after blocking, tussah tweed silk grows a bit after washing.
