This is a great all-season raglan sleeve sweater. The body is knit in
the round from the bottom up to the underarm. Then the sleeves
are knit separately in the round to the underarm. The sleeves are
then joined to the body and the yoke is shaped by decreasing
stitches along the raglan line. The sleeves are elbow length
and all the edges are finished with a purled roll. The yarn is a DK
or light worsted weight cotton. Needles used are US 6 (4.0mm)
and US 7 (4.5mm) 32” circulars and DPNs. Finished sizes range from 36 to 54” bust and hip.
