This pattern was originally released free to a group of lovely knitters who were brave enough to join in a mystery Knit-A-Long in November 2010.

Sorello is a cute little seamless girls top with a couple of very cute features; lace panel, puff sleeves and a special detail at the back.

This is the sister pattern to fratello.

Both patterns are being re-released with all proceeds from pattern sales for the remainder of January going to the Queensland Flood Relief Fund to help our brothers and sisters in need in the north.

This pattern is suitable for any yarn type, as long as it knits at the dk weight tension of 22 stitches per 10cm/4 inches.

I knit the sample garment in an organic wool, and while cotton is quite suitable, a yarn with a little bit of memory will work best for the pattern features.
