Notes
First, I-cord string is worked, then, stitches are picked up evenly from the cord, making sure the center of the collar is located in the middle of I-cord. Stitches are increased down to the hem, ending with a folded edge creating a picot finishing.
The difference between samples 1 and 2 is that sample 2 has an optional bobble and a longer depth of picot edge.

When Aimée came to Japan, she liked the collar I previously designed, and this design collaboration began.
I’ve always liked Corrie yarns, and have knitted them many times.
So, I wanted to design a collar that brings out the goodness of them.
After trying many swatches, I finally came up with the design of Sonata.

I knitted Corrie Worsted and Wensley Worsted, did blocking, and wore it this time.
And thought I wanted to design a collar that would make the most of the thickness, fluctuation, and matureness.
I’m so happy with the design that I really like.

Notes
I-cordの紐を先に編み, I-Cordの中心が真ん中にくるように均一に目を拾い, 首周りから裾に向かって往復編みで増し目をしながら編んでいく.
サンプル1と2の違いはサンプル2ではオプションでボップルがつき, ピコットの深さ(段数が)変わります.
