Something Blue is a great project to try out beading and knitting true lace. You only need 25 gr of fingering weight yarn, so it’s perfect for those left over luxery yarns.

Materials
Yarn: 98yds/ 90m fingering weight yarn. Sample shown in DWD Merino/Tencel.
Needles: 1 US 3/3 mm circular
Hooks: US 0.9/0.75mm for beading (or use dental floss)
Beads: 92 size 8/0
Satin ribbon: 59 yds/50 m x 2.
Stitch markers.

Gauge
24 sts and 38 rows = 4 in /10 cm in pattern stitch, after light blocking.

Size
Directions are given for 1 size and will fit most woman.

Notes
These mitts are worked from the top to the wrist Then the border is knitted on sideways.
