The Somerset stole is inspired by the socks I had the pleasure to design for 52 weeks on Socks edited by Laine.

It is a long and delicate stole, that is easily knitted in garter stitch and you add the leaf lace pattern as you go.

Lanivendole Heavenly Blend (50% Aquilana wool, 25% Italian alpaca, 25% Italian cashmere, Fingering (uk 4 ply) weight with 50g – 225m) -- Luna, 4 skeins or approx. 700 m of fingering weight yarn

Gauge
25 sts x 34 rows to 4’’ / 10 cm on US 4 / 3.5 mm needles in established pattern after blocking.

Make sure that your gauge is ok and adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
