Ce modèle a spécialement été conçu pour le kit proposé par Candy Wool, à retrouver sur sa boutique

Slava est un petit top estival de forme ample avec des épaules tombantes.
Tricoté dans un fil Lace qui crée une légère transparence du tissu, le top est réalisé avec une aisance d’environ 20 cm pour un confort très apprécié pendant la belle saison. Il peut se porter sur une robe à bretelle ou un petit débardeur.
Il est possible de le tricoter en deux longueurs : version courte ou version classique.
Simple avec une encolure ronde bordée d’un col en côtes fantaisies, il se termine par une bande de motifs de dentelle sur le bas. Cette frise de dentelle reprend le motif de feuille que j’ai créé spécialement pour mon modèle de châle Gloria.

Le top se construit de haut en bas (top-down). A partir d’un montage provisoire, on commence par les 2 demi-devants séparément. Les épaules sont légèrement tombantes (drop shoulders). Ensuite on rejoint les 2 demi-devants puis on laisse les mailles en attente.
On reprend les mailles du montage provisoire pour tricoter le dos.
Puis on rejoint le dos et le devant pour tricoter le corps en circulaire.
2 options s’offrent à vous : une version courte ou classique.
Puis, on termine par la bande de motif fantaisie.

Vous pouvez tricoter votre top dans un fil d’épaisseur Lace à Sport en fonction de la texture de tissu que vous préférez.
L’important est d’obtenir l’échantillon indiqué ci-dessous.

Slava is a small loose-fitting summer top with drooping shoulders.
Knitted with lace weight yarn to create a slightly transparent fabric, the top is knit with 20 cm of positive ease for more comfort during the warmer months.. It can be worn over a strapless dress or a small tank top.
It can be knit either cropped or to a more “classic” length.
Simple with a round neckline edged with a fancy ribbed collar, it ends with a band of lace patterns on the bottom. This lace motif features the leaf pattern I created especially for my Gloria shawl pattern.

This project is knit top-down. Starting with a provisional cast on, the two front sides are knit separately. There is a slight drop shoulder effect. The two fronts are then joined together and put on a stitch holder.
The stitches from the provisional cast on are then picked up to knit the back.
Front and back are then joined together to knit the body in the round.
You can choose between two options: a shorter, cropped version, or a longer, more classic version.
The bottom is finished off with a lace panel.

Bust circumference on finished garment in cm : 100 (34-36)- 110 (38-40)- 119 (42-44)- 126 (46-48)- 139 (50-52)

Required material:
Summer yarn (cotton, linen, silk…). You can knit from a lace weight to a sport weight yarn depending on the fabric you prefer.
What matters is to meet the gauge (see below).
634, 693, 770, 857, 943 yards for the cropped version
793, 862, 962.5, 1061, 1179 yards for the classic version
