Slanting Slip-On
Slanting Slip-on is an elegant top with a graphic pattern across the shoulders that continue down along the sides of the slipover and ends at the hem. The design is worked from the top down. First the collar is worked, then stitches are cast on for the shoulders and short rows are worked to shape the shoulders. After this, the work is split into front and back and each section is worked back and forth to the bottom of the armholes. Then the front and back are joined again and the body of the top is worked in the round to the hem.
