Summer calls for skirts and dresses, and whether you’re headed to the beach, the office, or lunch with friends, Sirena Maxi Skirt and Strapless Dress Cover Up will work for all occasions. Use it with elastic or a tie for a long maxi skirt over your bathing suit, a slip, or leggings. Pull it up to be an adorable strapless coverup dress, and utilize the tie at your waist. However you wear it, the Sirena is bound to draw attention.

The band is created first in turned rows, joined to form a circle, folded in half to create a casing, and stitched together. Next, the body of the skirt/cover up is crocheted in turned rounds. Finally, the border is added, giving the skirt/dress a perfect amount of frill around the bottom.

This pattern is customizable and instructions are included for changing the width and length.

This is an intermediate level pattern.
