Shrug worked up in sport weight, four skeins of Queensland Collection’s “United” (55% lambs wool, 45% cotton).

Shrug starts at center back with a provisional cast on and worked sideways to sleeve cuff/bind off. Second sleeve is worked the same after picking up provisional cast on. Back and sleeve pattern are worked from a chart with written instructions for cuffs only. Pattern includes detailed instructions for working from a chart.

This shrug is a one size fits many/most and measures after light blocking:
top to bottom center back 14”/35.5cm deep; total length (cuff to cuff) 66.5”/169cm laying flat without being stretched out; and 13”/33cm around upper arm. Back and arm length will depend on underarm seaming. Sleeve length can be shortened by working less cuff ribbing and or omitting rows on final chart. An experienced knitter will have no problem adjusting pattern size.

To seam shrug, begin at cuff and sew up arm side seams to underarm comfort, leaving key hole for thumb if desired.
