Welcome Walter Watering Can to my Shopkins collection! When my niece first introduced me to these adorable little toys, I wasn’t sure what all the excitement was about. She loved them so much I just had to make her a few, and I am hooked! I love making these little characters! They have so much personality! Think you will love to hook them to, but be careful; you will want to make more!!
