Shaggy Cactus measures about 20 inches from top to bottom with yarn held double stranded. You can also hold the yarn single stranded to make a slightly smaller pillow! This pattern includes detailed instructions with photo and video tutorials for learning the loop stitch. I am always available for questions or support. This pattern is most appropriate for intermediate crocheters or advanced beginners who have experience with both the loop stitch.

Materials Needed Include:

• Worsted (size 4) weight yarn, held double stranded (~750 yards)
• Size I (5.5 mm) Hook (or that required for desired yarn)
• Embroidery Thread
• Polyfil Stuffing
• Scissors
• Stitch Marker
• Darning Needle
• Measuring Tape

Note - you can also choose to make your shaggy cactus held single stranded with a 4.0 mm (G hook). This will create a cactus measuring ~16 inches.
