This pattern has an optional chainless foundation (single crochet) start. It also utilizes sc3tog stitch, and the neck opening is worked in the round.

Gauge is not important for this project. Just be aware that if you change yarn type/size or hook size this will affect the finished project accordingly.

I used I Love This Cotton from Hobby Lobby, but also like Cotton Tots or other soft cotton yarn. I used approximately 1 oz.
