Although I have knit this pattern multiple times, it hasn’t been tested by other people, which is why it’s currently being offered for free. If you have nay questions or comments on the pattern, please let me know.

Small amounts of fingering-weight or sock yarn in shades of blue, green, and brown go to make up these mitts. Since the largest amount of one colour needed is 20g (90 yards), these mitts are a nice way to use minis, or bits left over from other projects. They can even be from different brands, as long as the yarn composition is similar. The exact shades of each colour aren’t crucial as long as you have enough contrast between the dark green and the lighter brown and green.

Fingering weight/sock yarn, approximate quantities required:
Light blue: 90 yards (20 grams)
Medium blue: 15 yards (4 grams)
Dark blue: 8 yards (2 grams)
Light green: 15 yards (3 grams)
Dark green: 25 yards (5 grams)
Tan/bronze: 20 yards (4 grams)
Dark brown: 15 yards (3 grams)

Dimensions of the finished mitt are 7” around the knuckles, hand length 4.5”, total length 7”. This will fit a small/medium women’s hand. If you want a slightly bigger mitt, go up a needle size.
